Feature Usage Analytics

We monitor which budget templates get used most, which approval workflows are popular, and which features people ignore. This informs our roadmap. If nobody uses a feature, we either improve it or remove it.

Campaign Attribution

When you arrive from an ad or email campaign, we track that source for up to 30 days. This tells us if our marketing actually reaches finance professionals who need budget tools rather than random traffic.

How Long We Keep This Data

Different tracking data has different lifespans based on its purpose:

• Session identifiers expire within 2 hours of inactivity
• Preference settings remain until you clear them or delete your account
• Analytics data gets anonymized after 90 days and aggregated into reports
• Marketing attribution data expires after 30 days
• Error logs and performance data get purged after 6 months

We don't hold onto tracking data forever. Once it serves its purpose, it gets deleted or anonymized so it can't be traced back to individual users.

Managing Your Preferences

Blocking all non-essential tracking won't break the site, but you might need to re-enter preferences each visit and we won't be able to improve features based on your usage patterns.

Updates to This Policy

We update this policy when we add new tracking tools or change how we use existing ones. When we make significant changes, we'll email active users and display a notification on the platform.

Minor clarifications and formatting updates happen without notification. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent changes.
